YWC Series 15ppm Bilge Separator
Patents and certificates
This separator has obtained two Authorized Patents and six Utility Model Patents. It passed the China Classification Society (CCS) type approval and IMO approval in July 2007, and obtained the DNV·GL type approval certificate and MED certificate. It can also provide certificates from ABS, LR, BV, RS, ZC, ZY, and other classification societies.
Application and Principle
This device is used for treating oily bilge water on ships to meet the discharge requirements stipulated in IMO MEPC.107(49) resolution. It can be used for both new – built and existing ships. The device consists of a 15ppm bilge separator, a 15ppm bilge alarm, and an automatic stop device.
Processing flow chart
Bilge water → 1st Stage Coalescer (primary separator) → 2nd Grade Filter (secondary filter) → 15ppm Bilge Alarm (15ppm bilge alarm) → 3rd Stage Membrane (tertiary membrane) → Qualified water outlet. Unqualified water will be recirculated for re – treatment.
