HBN Series 15ppm Bilge Water Separator
The HBN Series 15ppm bilge water separator is a high-tech product in the field of marine environmental protection. According to the IMO Resolution MEPC.107(49) “Revised Guidelines and Specifications for Pollution Prevention Equipment for Machinery Space Bilges of Ships”, it is designed and developed. It effectively separates various types of fuel oils used on ships, including high-density residual oils and emulsified oil mixtures, with the oil content of the effluent being less than 15ppm. Additionally, the newly developed 5ppm bilge water separator, with an effluent oil content of less than 5ppm, is now also in bulk supply.
The HBN Series 15ppm bilge water separator fully complies with:
- Rules for the Statutory Inspection of Ships on Domestic Voyages (2008), Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China
- Amended Regulation 11 of Annex I to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL 73/78)

The product has obtained type approval from the following organizations: China Classification Society (CCS), European Commission (EC), Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), Korean Register of Shipping (KR), Vietnam Register (VR), and China Ship Inspection Bureau (ZC/ZY).
