Marine Winch

Our marine winch feature a robust design with heavy-duty split bronze bearings and oversized brakes. The brake and clutch mechanisms allow safe, easy manual operation while offering optional hydraulic remote control. The adjustable brakes transfer all external forces to the deck through foundation bolts, eliminating the need for special welded steel structures and providing greater flexibility for winch variations. This configuration also simplifies transportation and reduces costs. For marine winch with 16+ tonnes pulling power, manual clutch operation utilizes spindle mechanisms. The design ensures easy access for lubrication and inspection throughout. Gears are available either as open-type with protective steel covers or fully enclosed oil-bath systems.
