1. Overview
JDUV series UV sterilizers utilize high – intensity ozone – free UV lamps and food – grade 304 stainless steel chambers to deliver sufficient germicidal irradiation. This system effectively disinfects without altering water’s physical or chemical properties, making it ideal for pure water production in electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, and cosmetics. Featuring rapid sterilization (99.99% efficacy in 10 seconds), energy efficiency, and compact design, these units offer significant advantages over alternative methods through their small footprint, light weight, long service life, and low operating costs. Key components include UV lamps, quartz sleeves, ballasts, sealing elements, and the reactor chamber.

3. Technical Features
- Germicidal: Ultraviolet sterilizers synthesize principles from optics, microbiology, mechanics, chemistry, electronics, and fluid dynamics. They incorporate specially engineered UV – C emitting devices that deliver high – intensity germicidal irradiation with extended service life. When water – borne pathogens receive sufficient UV – C exposure, their cellular DNA and structures are permanently damaged, achieving effective purification. Additionally, the 185nm wavelength photolyzes organic molecules, generating hydroxyl radicals that oxidize organics into carbon dioxide, effectively reducing TOC.
- Pollution – Free: UV disinfection achieves 99% – 99.9% efficacy against bacteria and viruses within 1 – 2 s. No chemical addition, thus no secondary pollution to water or environment. Alters no water components.
- Low costs: UV treatment offers lower capital and operating costs, with expenses at 1,000 – ton capacity being half of chlorination.
