Variable Frequency Water Supply Device
1. Overview
The JDCBG marine variable frequency water supply unit integrates AC variable frequency speed regulation technology with automated pump control. It automatically adjusts pump motor speed or controls pump activation/deactivation in response to pressure changes caused by varying instantaneous water consumption, maintaining a constant pressure supply. Constructed primarily with imported components, the system offers compact dimensions, lightweight design, low noise operation, energy efficiency, high reliability, and extended service life.

3. Technical Features
- Control: During variable frequency operation, the pressure sensor samples the water pressure in the main supply line, converts it to an analog signal, and transmits this to the VFD or PLC. The controller compares this signal with the preset pressure value and adjusts the pump speed accordingly, maintaining a constant water pressure by regulating flow. Features include Auto VFD, Line Power, Backup, Stop, Soft Start, Sleep, Wake, +/- Pump, Pump Alt.
- Protection: Offers under-voltage, over-voltage, over-current, phase loss, overload, short circuit, over-temperature, dry-running protection, fault indication, and alarm.
- Components: Uses original imported pump units, sensors, and electrical components; hygienic-grade stainless steel pipes and valves.
- Stable: High head, low noise, low vibration; easy operation, easy maintenance.
- Safety: Water pump with IP54 rating; Electric control box with IP44 (customizable for outdoor use).
