1. Overview

JDF series filters can be divided into various types according to different filtration requirements, such as river water filters, sand filters, activated carbon filters, mineralization filters, etc. All of these are derivative devices of multi – media filters. They achieve water purification through layered filter media or physical filtration and are respectively adapted to different pre – treatment and deep purification needs such as suspended solids removal, deep impurity and odor removal, iron and manganese treatment, high turbidity water purification, and water quality hardening. They are new and efficient green and environmentally friendly products that provide precise solutions for different water quality problems and are widely used in the domestic water systems of ships.

3. Technical Features

• The river water filter uses physical precision filtration to purify water quality.
• The sand filter uses gradient quartz sand to remove suspended solids and reduce turbidity.
• The activated carbon filter uses activated carbon to remove residual chlorine, odors, and some organic matter.
• The mineralization filter uses minerals to increase water hardness, and all four types follow the process of “inlet water – distribution filter material action – outlet water” and can be backwashed.
