PY series oil skimmer
System principle
This device is used for the treatment of galley gray water. It can skim the grease from the gray water and pretreat the gray water.
The device is equipped with a plate which divides the device into two chambers, named separation chamber and water collection chamber. After the sewage enters the separation chamber, due to the different densities of oil and water, the oil and water are gradually separated in the oil collection chamber. When the sewage reaches the position of the oil outlet, it is discharged. After separation, the water enters the water collection chamber. In the water collection chamber, the sewage containing a small amount of oil is further separated. The oil on the upper layer enters the separation chamber, and the oil on the lower layer is discharged through the water outlet. The device is provided with a drain port for cleaning the residue inside the device.
In addition, the device can also be added with electric heating or steam heating function to meet the use of low temperature areas.
