CSWD series sewage treatment plant
The CSWD sewage treatment plant employs a combination of hypoxia-oxidative degradation (A/O), microfiltration (MBR membrane group filtration), and electrocatalytic processes to treat domestic sewage originating from the platform kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Compared to similar products, it features a small volume, lightweight, compact structure, and no secondary pollution. The specifics are as follows:
- The MBR in the oxidation tank contacts the oxidation ball with a large material contact area, significantly enhancing the biochemical efficiency of the strain.
- Although the MBR membrane group utilizes ordinary PVDF material, it adopts a unique coating treatment, and the dewatering environment does not cause the membrane group to fail.
- The electrocatalytic material is an original semiconductor material, overcoming the issues of high energy consumption of electrolytic materials in traditional wastewater treatment and the past necessity of frequent electrolyte replenishment.
The effluent water treated by the device meets the discharge standards specified by the International Maritime Organization and has obtained the type recognition certificate of MEPC resolution 227 (64), satisfying the nine indicators of Clause 5.2.2 of GB3552 and meeting the highest standards required for vessel use.
