Marine membrane sewage treatment plant WCMBR-(U) type
Application
The plant is suitable for treating sewage generated in the toilet of ship personnel. The discharge water index could meet the discharge standards of IMO Resolution MEPC 227(64) and could be directly discharged overboard. The plant has been type approved by CCS, ABS, BV, EC and USCG.
Principle description
The plant adopts the principle of sequence-membrane treatment to treat organic pollutants. The treatment process is as follows:
Sewage inlet → Buffer tank → Sequence tank → Clean water tank → Membrane → Disinfection → Discharge

The sewage first enters the buffer tank to adapt to the biochemical treatment process, and the tank can accommodate three times the hydraulic peak load. When the liquid level in the tank reaches the middle position, the cutting pump starts to operate, the sewage would be transferred to the sequence tank with soft filler for sequential contact oxidation and biological treatment, the treated sewage is transferred to the clean water tank by the process pump, when the liquid level reaches the middle, discharge pump starts, and the treated water is injected into the membrane group or directly be discharged. The discharged water filtered by the membrane group is sterilized and discharged overboard. According to the rules stipulated by international conventions, sequence treatment or membrane treatment can be used flexibly in regulated sea areas.

Buffer tank and dormant standby device are equipped to meet the requirements of three times the peak load of black water;

PLC program control is adopted, which makes control and maintenance more convenient;

Adopted the sequence process, the sludge loading rate is high, the treatment is more thorough, and the sludge discharge is less;

The automatic sleep program is set to adapt to the zero load state;

Three methods of automatic flushing of compressed air, back flushing of pressure water and chemical immersion cleaning are adopted to prolong the service life of the membrane;
