使用方法 Usage

将扎带置于刀口和旋转钳的开口槽内。

Place tie into the opening channel between blade and rotating shaft;

将齿轮旋转到前，拉紧扎带。

Move gear wheel front and back, fastening tie

将手柄向前推，向下拉刀柄，切断扎带，除去多余扎带，移去工具，锁紧预紧。

Push handle forward, and pull blade handle downward, cut off tie. Sweep away the surplu tie, move tool away lock it.
