Intelligent Wharf and On-shore Sewage Collection Device
Product Introduction
The internal river ship sewage water and domestic sewage intelligent collection device (hereinafter referred to as the collection device) is used for定点（此处原文本有缺失，假设为 “fixed – point” 翻译为 “定点” ） collecting the sewage water from internal river ships and domestic sewage storage tanks. It is generally installed at wharves, docks, and on – water service areas. - Simple installation: It can be installed in the open air and occupies a small area.
- Convenient use: It can actively suck the sewage in the ship’s storage tank, and can also accept the sewage lifted by the ship’s powder pump. Designed with a卷管器 (hose reel), the soft pipe connected to the ship can be retracted mechanically without manual operation.
- Remote monitoring: The device is equipped with a remote monitoring system. The environmental protection department and ship owners can check the liquid level status of the collection device through mobile phones, and can also remotely control the start and stop of the device.
- Low cost: It centralizes the collection and treatment of ship sewage water, simplifies the treatment process of ship sewage water, and reduces the treatment cost of ship sewage water.
- Long service life: The internal parts of the sewage water collection device in contact with sewage are made of stainless steel, and the internal parts of the sewage water collection device for ships are lined with anti – corrosion materials. The outer part is treated with two – layer anti – corrosion paint to ensure that the equipment is not corroded. Pipes, water pumps, and hose reels are all well – sealed to prevent freezing and cracking in winter and ensure the normal use of the equipment.

Collection Process
- After the ship docks at the wharf, connect the on – shore collection device to the ship’s storage tank interface.
- Start the “ship – to – shore sewage water collection device control and monitoring system”.
- Start the suction (or receiving) of ship sewage water. The sewage water in the ship’s tank is pumped (or automatically flows into the on – shore powder pump), and then enters the provincial comprehensive legal electronic linkage system through the pipeline, and the ship sewage water collection data is uploaded to the platform.
