CSWC Series Marine Sewage Treatment Equipment

Due to the adoption of the SBR sequencing batch reaction process combined with UV ultraviolet disinfection and MBR membrane separation technology. By changing the activated sludge growth environment in a time-sequenced manner, it achieves aerobic and anaerobic states, enabling rapid and effective degradation of BOD and COD. It has a better ammonia and phosphorus removal effect, resulting in more thorough biochemical treatment. The equipment is also capable of adapting to high-concentration sewage environments in vacuum toilet systems and effectively resists the impact of water volume and organic pollutants. It has strong impact resistance, a compact structure, and no secondary pollution characteristics.

The SBR sequencing batch reaction process for removing organic matter in sewage shares similarities with the activated sludge method, but its greatest feature lies in integrating sludge digestion, mixing, biological degradation, and sediment-water separation functions within a single treatment unit. Depending on process requirements, it includes four working stages: water inlet, aeration and mixing, sedimentation, and drainage. The duration of each stage and their sequence can be flexibly adjusted based on sewage characteristics and effluent functional requirements, operating according to pre-set times and sequences or actual on-site needs.
