Sewage Treatment Plant
1. Overview
The WCBJ227M series domestic sewage treatment device employs a combination of biodegradation, precision filtration, and ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization methods to treat domestic sewage from ship toilets and bathrooms (also applicable to government agencies, schools, hotels, residential areas, and industrial and mining enterprises). The equipment can adapt to high – concentration sewage environments using vacuum toilet systems and effectively resists the impact of water volume and organic pollutants. It has strong shock – load resistance, a compact structure, and produces no secondary pollution. The device can work reliably within a tilt range of 22.5° in any direction. It is controlled by PLC, with a high degree of automation, high reliability, easy operation, and meets the requirements of unmanned engine rooms.

3. Technical Features
- The discharged water treated by the device meets the discharge standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) revised International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL73/78) and complies with the requirements of MEPC.227(64) resolution.
- Control: Automatic control, remote alarm, high degree of automation. Products of the same specifications have smaller volume, lighter weight, and complete functions.
- Structure: Biochemical treatment method, UV sterilization, and membrane separation technology have achieved good effluent treatment effect.
- Stable: Strong ability to withstand impact loads; Easy to operate and maintain.
- Protection: Electric control box: IP44 (outdoor customizable IP56).
