Product Overview
All marine transformers are built in accordance with the technical requirements of the IEC Publication 92, which is approved by ZC.

| Water-proof type (CDGS) | The cores of each transformer are rolled of the highest quality high-permeability silicon steel. The insulation windings are Class B or F or H. Suffaces of core and winding are coated with epoxy, so transformer has obtained well water-proof and moisture-proof quality. External cables are easily connected through the cable gland of the terminal box on the transformer. |
| Drop-proof type (CDGD, CDGSD, CDGSD, CSD, CSDGI, CSDGI, CSDGI, CSD, CSCD, CXB) | The cores are constructed of the highest quality high-permeability silicon steel, and are carefully assembled so as to firmly support the windings thus reduce vibration to minimum under operation condition. The windings are coiled by enamel-insulated wire, glass-silk-insulated wire or compound insulated wire are Class B, F, or H. The transformer tanks are made of the best quality steel plate and designed for air circulation and drop-proof, rat-proof. The terminal board and tap changing board are provided in the land. External cables are safely connected to the terminal board through the cable gland mounted on the tank side, their lengths are custom fabricated by the user. All ship transformers are lacquered by vacuum, it makes high insulation level and good moisture-proof for all products. |
