Sea Fresh water hydrophore tank
1. Overview
ZYG(S) series sea/fresh water hydrophore tanks are suitable for water supply systems in seawater and freshwater piping systems of various vessels. They integrate seawater tanks, freshwater tanks, pumps, valves, and piping into a single unit with a modular design. Featuring a compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, they are one of the commonly used water supply units on various vessels.
2. Model Specification
Model: ZYG(S) – 0.6 – 2P
- Number of pump: 2P (supporting double main pumps); also available in 3P (supporting three pumps, dual use and one backup)
- Volume: 0.3 + 0.3 m³
- Product code: As per model naming
- Number of supporting pumps: Clearly defined for different pump – number variants (2P or 3P).
3. Technical Features
- Control: The system supplies both seawater and freshwater to the pipeline network. Using a pressure controller, it monitors tank pressure and regulates pump operation for automated supply. At factory settings, the pump activates when pressure falls below 0.2 MPa and stops at 0.4 MPa. If pressure exceeds 0.44 MPa, the safety valve opens to release excess pressure. It can control the water pump for automatic operation at line frequency and features automatic start and stop.
- Protection: Includes functions for undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, overload, short – circuit, audible and visual alarms, etc.
- Reliable: Comprises imported pressure controller and is solidly built.
- Easy Maint: Vibration – resistant, shock – resistant, low failure rate, and easy to maintain.
- Safety: Pressure Controller: IP30 (customizable to IP55 for outdoor use).
