Marine Modular Hydrophore Tank

1. Overview

The ZYG Series Modular Hydrophore Tank compresses internal air via a water pump pumped into the tank (water pump supplied by our company), maintaining water pressure within the required range with stable fluctuations for marine use. It is applicable for domestic seawater, freshwater, and sanitary pipeline water supply on ships and drilling platforms. Also suitable for land – based towerless water supply (e.g., high – rise pipeline pressurization), firefighting pipeline instant water supply, and water mist system pressure maintenance. Customizable volume is available.

Model: ZYG – 0.5 – 1P

Number of Pumps: 1P (Single main pump); also available in 2P (Dual pumps, one duty, one standby)

Matching Pump Configuration: Clearly defined as above for different pump – number variants.

3. Technical Features

Control: The pressure controller senses tank pressure to auto – start/stop the water pump for automatic water supply. Factory – set: pump starts at ≤0.2MPa (filling the tank) and stops at 0.4MPa. If pressure exceeds 0.44MPa, the safety valve opens to release pressure. Features include Auto power, frequency operation, auto start/stop for the water pump.
Protection: Overload, short – circuit, sound – light alarm functions are integrated.
Components: Comprises imported pressure controller and solid construction elements.
Stable: Vibration – resistant, shock – resistant, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.
Safety: Pressure Controller: IP30 (IP55 customizable for outdoor use).
