High – water – based Gaskets Rope
High – water – based gasket rope is woven from high – quality pure ramie fibers and treated with PTFE emulsion and lubricating oil. Due to their solid weaving, they are flexible and adjustable, and can cooperate well with shafts and stuffing boxes. They have excellent corrosion resistance, good self – lubrication, and anti – adhesion properties. They come in black and white. They can be mixed and braided (or customized) according to actual working conditions. White high – water – based gasket ropes are woven from ramie threads, impregnated with PTFE emulsion, and dried to become white. They can withstand temperatures up to 120°C. Impregnation with silicone oil can provide corrosion resistance, lubrication, and increased wear resistance, and they are generally used in clean – water pumps. Black high – water – based gasket ropes are woven from ramie threads, impregnated with PTFE emulsion, and then impregnated with graphite emulsion to become black. They can withstand temperatures up to 200°C and are generally used in sewage pumps.
PTFE Gasket Rope
Pure PTFE gasket rope is woven from pure polytetrafluoroethylene fibers without treatment with PTFE emulsion and lubricating oil. Due to their solid weaving, they are flexible and adjustable, and can cooperate well with shafts and stuffing boxes. They have excellent corrosion resistance, good self – lubrication, and anti – adhesion properties. They are recommended for use in chemical, food, and other operations that do not allow contamination, as well as in all chemical media except soluble alkaline metals. According to customer requirements, they can be molded into pure PTFE gasket rings. They are suitable for various complex working conditions in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, chemical fiber, fine chemicals, and operations in valves, reciprocating pumps, rotary pumps, mixers, agitators, etc. that do not allow contamination. They can be mixed and braided (or customized) according to actual working conditions.
