Our Grade 3 Open Link Anchor Chains (also called BM3 in China) offer a lightweight alternative to traditional stud link chains, featuring:

• 15-20% weight reduction for easier handling

• Compatibility with larger shackles without end links

• Cost-effective solution for non-critical mooring

*Note: While offering handling advantages, open link chains have approximately 25-30% lower tensile strength than equivalent stud link chains.*
