Dimensional Specifications
The Mooring Post drawing provides detailed dimensions of a component under different load conditions (50kN and 150kN). Key dimensions include overall height (H), width (B), and various other linear measurements marked on the drawing. Drawing Notes
- All dimensions in the drawing are in millimeters (mm).
- The dimensional tolerances for each part are in accordance with IT – I 150kN F grade.
- The top of the series anchor column should be poured with 50kN and 150kN characters.
- After the bolt holes are reamed, asphalt should be applied for rust prevention.
- After the series anchor is installed, the shell should be filled with cement mortar.
- The surface roughness of the bolt holes should be consistent, with the remainder as per requirements.
- Bolts should adopt T42.
- The outer轮廓 (contour, likely a translation issue, probably meaning outer surface or outer part) dimensions not marked should have a smooth transition without sharp corners.
- The surface of the series anchor shell should be painted with red丹 (likely a translation issue, probably red lead) and anti – rust paint twice, and the top surface can be coated with red lead oil.
- The dimension L in the table is L = L1+[0 +6].
