Medium Voltage Shore Power Cable Management System
1. Overview
The JDCW – E – HV series medium voltage shore power cable management system is an independently developed patented product by Jinding and serves as one of the core components of the medium – voltage shore power system. The primary function of the medium – voltage shore power system is to shut down the ship’s on – board fuel – powered generator when the ship is docked at the port and connect it to the port’s onshore power source, supplying the necessary power for the ship’s operation (usually with a shore power capacity of ≥ 500kW) at medium – voltage levels (typically 6kV or 10kV).
2. Model Specification
Model: JDCW – E – HV – xxx – 2C/CS
- Type: Type B is horizontal, while Type C and CS are vertical.
- Other parameters encompass the number of cables, rated tension, high – voltage characteristics, electrical aspects, and product code.
3. Technical Features
This series of winches follows the design and production philosophy of prioritizing safety, reliability, and stability. It is equipped with multiple safety guarantees, including:
- Convenient: Easy and convenient operation, with both local and remote wireless remote – control options, and stable performance. Features shore power interlock emergency stop, manual emergency stop protection, constant tension control, and remaining length alarm.
- Safety: IP56 protection rating, multiple anti – corrosion processes for the structure, and constant temperature and humidity control for the slip – ring box.
- Protection: Various protection measures are available according to different project requirements, along with different structural forms and control methods.
