Marine Vacuum Collection System and Sewage Treatment Plant
This system is used for the collection and treatment of black water and grey water generated on ships. Vacuum toilets and urinals collect daily life sewage through vacuum collection, while grey water and sickroom sewage are collected into the aeration tank through each pipeline using the gravity collection method. The system adopts the principles of Activated Sludge, Bio – contact Oxidation, Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR), and UV disinfection to digest organic pollutants. After disinfection, the water is discharged overboard.
Sewage Treatment Unit
It adopts the principle of Activated Sludge, Bio – contact Oxidation, and Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR) to treat organic pollutants in sewage. The MBR can efficiently, thoroughly, and cleanly treat sewage, ensuring that the effluent meets the new IMO standards and other more stringent requirements.
The system utilizes a vacuum collection method for black water from vacuum toilets and urinals, and a gravity collection method for grey water and sickroom sewage, which are then directed to the aeration tank. Through the combined processes of Activated Sludge, Bio – contact Oxidation, MBR, and UV disinfection, organic pollutants are effectively removed, and the treated water is subsequently discharged overboard. The MBR plays a crucial role in achieving high – quality effluent that complies with the latest IMO regulations and other strict standards.
