Description for Explosion-proof Drilling Platform Sewage Treatment Plant:

Our explosion-proof drilling platform sewage treatment plant is designed to prevent pollution from ships and marine drilling platforms in accordance with the revised Annex IV of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution (MARPOL 73/78). This device is specifically engineered to treat sewage, including human body wastes and toilet wastewater (black water), to meet the effluent standards of IMO MEPC.159(55) and safely discharge the treated water overboard. The system adheres to the resolution MEPC.159(55) enacted on 13 October 2006, ensuring compliance with all relevant international regulations.

In addition to marine applications, our system is also suitable for treating terrestrial sewage, meeting national reuse water quality requirements. It can effectively handle greywater (galley and shower drainage) with pre-treatment, provided a larger capacity model is selected to match the increased load. Our system is certified by CCS, GL, ABS, DNV, BV, RS, and other classification societies, ensuring its reliability and compliance with global standards.

The device employs activated sludge, contact oxidation, and the principle of biological membranes to digest organic pollutants, providing efficient sewage treatment that meets or exceeds IMO’s new effluent standards and other stricter requirements.
