Product Introduction
Helical rotor flowmeter is the new generation of positive displacement flowmeter. A pair of rotors with special tooth profile rotates smoothly with low noise and no pulsation. With high precision, high reliability, large flowrate and outstanding adaptability to environment, LZ Flowmeter is widely used in trading measurement and engineering management control in various industries including petroleum, chemistry, medicines, electric power and etc.
Working with GF transmitter, the flowmeter gives out electric pulse signal which is used for remote totalizing display or control; Working with MF transmitter, the flowmeter gives out 4~20mA analog signal which is used for remote instantaneous flowrate display or flowrate control.
In order to meet the needs of the market and customers, exquisite instrument introduced a variety of models of spiral double-rotor flowmeter, can be achieved on-site display or remote transmission of a variety of functions.
Dual rotor flowmeter and GF transmitter supporting the use of output electrical pulse signal for remote integration instructions or control, and MF transmitter supporting the use of output flow analog 4 ~ 20mA signal, the remote instantaneous flowrate indication or flow control. The texture of LZ-C stainless steel flowmeter is 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti; the texture of LZ-B stainless steel flowmeter is 0Cr18Ni9Ti; special requirements also can be designed.
(2) Accuracy class: grade 0.5, grade 0.2
(3) Repeatability error: Flowmeter repetitive error is not more than 1/3 of the absolute flow meter basic error limits.
(4) Using the medium temperature: environment temperature (-41℃~+50℃), grade 0.5 (-20℃~+80℃), grade 0.2 (-20℃~+60℃)
Add heat radiator of up to 250 ℃.
