Evaporative Freshwater Generator
1. Overview
The JDZFH series evaporative seawater desalination device mainly employs vacuum boiling distillation technology, cleverly utilizing heat sources such as cylinder liner water, low – pressure waste steam, or saturated steam to efficiently convert seawater into fresh water for ships. The device mainly consists of a chamber (including an evaporator plate group, a condenser plate group, and a steam – water separator), a jet vacuum pump, a condensate pump, a working water pump, an electric control box, as well as various core components such as piping systems, accessories, and instruments. It is designed to meet the diverse freshwater production needs of ships under different operating conditions.

3. Technical Features
By adopting advanced vacuum boiling distillation principles, seawater is boiled and evaporated at lower temperatures, greatly reducing energy consumption and effectively minimizing equipment scaling and corrosion caused by high temperatures, thus significantly extending the service life of the equipment. The structural design of each component is extremely exquisite. The evaporator and condenser are made of high – quality titanium plates, which have excellent corrosion resistance and reliability, and can operate stably in complex and harsh marine environments. Rich instrument equipment facilitates operators to accurately grasp the real – time operation status of the device, providing strong guarantees for efficient and stable operation.
