China Bilge Water Separator
1. Overview
The CYSC107 series 15PPM bilge water separator is an oil – water separation device developed in accordance with IMO – MEPC107 (49) regulations. It is widely used for treating ship bilge water and oily wastewater (emulsified oil) in ports, docks, and industrial and mining enterprises. The oil content in the treated water is ≤ 15ppm, complying with the discharge regulations of IMO – MEPC107 (49). Products with oil content higher than this standard (e.g., 10ppm, 5ppm) can also be customized according to customer needs. This device consists of accessories such as a separation chamber, fine filtration chamber, adsorption chamber, pump unit, electric control box, 15PPM bilge water alarm device, and solenoid valve. There are eight specifications available for processing capacities ranging from 0.1m³/h to 10.0m³/h, and the structural form can be selected as single or double tube.

3. Technical Features
The bilge water enters the separation chamber through a dedicated pump, and small oil droplets accumulate and separate from the water, floating up to the oil collection chamber. When the oil accumulates to a certain degree, the oil – level detection device sends a signal to open the oil – discharge solenoid valve for oil discharge. The standard water passing through the fine – filtration chamber and adsorption chamber is discharged to the outside of the ship through an electromagnetic valve. When the oil content in the drainage exceeds the standard, the non – compliant water automatically flows back to the bottom of the cabin. Automatic backwashing can regenerate the adsorption chamber components. At low temperatures, when the bilge water contains heavy oil, the electric heating device can reduce its viscosity and make it easy to separate.
