Scope of Application

The single-phase CDD series marine lighting control and power transformers (hereinafter referred to as “transformers”), under normal usage conditions, are installed on ships, offshore platforms, and other places for lighting, power communication, or grid isolation applications. This series of transformers is suitable for voltage levels not exceeding 690V, with frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz, with single-phase capacities ranging from 0.05-10kVA. The transformer core is of a core-type structure, made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which can firmly fix the windings and minimize vibration under usage conditions. The coil is wound with high-quality high-insulation enameled wire or silk-covered wire. The insulation class is B, F, H.
The C(P)SCD series marine three-phase transformer (hereinafter referred to as “transformer”) is used for lighting, power, communication, or grid isolation in ship/offshore platform facilities, and other locations under normal conditions. This series of transformers are dry-type self-cooled drop-proof transformers with a voltage rating of 690V/315V or below, a frequency of 50Hz and 60Hz, and a capacity of 1~2000kVA. The transformer core is of the core-type structure. It is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which can firmly fix the winding under vibration and oscillation conditions, and the coil is made of high-quality high-insulation enameled wire or silk-covered wire, with insulation classes of B, F, H. Protection type is divided into drop-proof (IP22, IP23, IP44, etc.).

c. Salt spray, oil mist, salt mist, and mold.

i. The power supply voltage waveform is approximately sinusoidal.
j. There is no conductive dust that can damage the metal and insulation materials, no corrosive gases, and no explosion hazard.
