TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The casting parts should not have any quality flaw such as gas hole and cold shot, and so on.
- The body should be treated by shot blasting.
- The inner and outer surface of the body shall be coated with epoxy rich zinc or according to the user’s requirements.
- Side cover shall be hot dip galvanized and zinc thickness 70um.
- Flange standard: according to the user’s requirement.
