Detailed Description of WCMBR-10 Marine Sewage Treatment Plant:
The WCMBR-10 series marine sewage treatment device adopts a combination of catalytic oxidation and physical disinfestation and sterilization methods to treat domestic sewage from kitchens, W.C., and base rooms on ships. With fillers set in the aeration chamber and chlorine adding sterilization, this system offers small cubage, light weight, compact structure, and no secondary pollution. The treated water meets international effluent standards, complying with Resolution MEPC.159(55) of the International Marine Organization Environmental Protection Commission and international waste fluid effluent standards.
Working Principle:
After the sewage from the toilet is completely crushed, it flows naturally into the sewage tank and then into the contact oxidation tank. Here, it is aerated by an air pump and contacts with biofilm at a certain velocity through fillings. The organic pollutants are digested by the biofilms, generating CO2 and water. After further treatment in the second contact tank, the sewage flows into the settlement tank for settlement and deslagging, and then is sent to the catchment tank. When the catchment tank collects a certain amount of liquid, the process pump starts, and the liquid is filtered by the ultrafilter. The ultraviolet sterilizing plant kills bacteria in the fluid, and the treated water is discharged overboard as effluent. The sludge in the settlement tank is returned to the first-stage contact tank via an airlift device, enhancing output water quality, reducing input water impurity, adjusting and stabilizing pulse loading, and increasing the activation of the biofilm to improve the organic loading rate in the contact tank.
