1. Overview

The YLG Series Water Hydrophore uses a pump (supplied by the shipyard) to pressurize the water inside the tank, thereby compressing the air and maintaining the water in the tank at the required pressure with stable fluctuations for onboard use. This device is suitable for the water supply systems of seawater, freshwater, and sanitary pipelines on ships and drilling platforms. It can also be used on land as a towerless water supply, boosting pressure to high – rise building pipelines, etc. The equipment can also be used for instant water supply to fire – fighting pipelines and maintaining pressure in water mist systems. The volume of the pressure water tank can be customized according to requirements.

3. Technical Features

• Control: The pressure controller senses tank pressure and controls the external pump’s start/stop for automatic water supply. Factory – set, when cabinet pressure falls below 0.2 MPa, the pump (for YLG series, supplied by shipyard) starts, filling until 0.4 MPa, then stops. If pressure exceeds 0.44 MPa, the safety valve opens to release it. Automatically controls external pumps: power, frequency operation, auto start/stop.
• Stable: Imported pressure controller, double – sided sealed welding of the tank, and solid material selection.
• Easy Maint: Vibration – resistant, shock – resistant, low failure rate, easy maintenance.
• Safety: Pressure Controller: IP30 (IP55 customizable for outdoor use).
