1. Overview

The JPYQ series marine kitchen skimmer utilizes a filter screen to screen and remove larger solid pollutants, and then achieves oil separation and purification of kitchen sewage through the principle of specific gravity separation. This equipment is often used as a pre – treatment device for domestic sewage treatment plants. It is suitable for the separation and oil separation treatment of kitchen oily wastewater, and can be used within a pH range of 2 – 13 and a working temperature range of 5 – 45°C.

3. Technical Features

The kitchen water is first filtered in the primary separation chamber to isolate larger solid pollutants, while smaller ones are separated into solid and liquid through the settling chamber. Oil and sewage are separated in the primary and secondary separation chambers. The oil is diverted from the oil outlet, and the sewage enters the tertiary separation chamber for further separation and sludge deposition, resulting in oil – water separation in the oily kitchen water.
The B – type device is equipped with a partitioned automatic heating device to prevent oil solidification under low – temperature conditions. The residue in the settling chamber does not require manual slag removal and cleaning, and can be automatically crushed and discharged.
