ZW Self – Priming Non – Clogging Sewage Pump
1. Product Overview
This pump integrates self – priming and non – clogging sewage discharge functions in one. Similar to a general self – priming pump, it does not require a foot valve and cannot be primed with water. It can suck in and discharge sewage containing large – sized solid particles, long – fiber impurities, sediment, mine waste residue, feces, and all kinds of engineering sewage, completely freeing workers from labor – intensive and dirty work such as dredging. It is easy to use, move, install, and has stable and reliable performance.
2. Working Conditions
- Ambient temperature ≤45℃, medium temperature ≤60℃.
- The pH value of the medium ranges from 6 – 9, and the stainless – steel model is 1 – 14.
- The maximum diameter of the passing particles is 60% of the pump inlet diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the pump inlet diameter.
- The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total medium weight, and the impurity比重 (specific gravity, here it’s Chinese, in English context, we use “specific gravity”) shall not exceed 1240 Kg/m³.
