YQB VANE PUMP, LPG PUMP, AMMONIA PUMP
1. Product Introduction
The YQB series liquid ammonia pumps produced by our factory are mainly used for transporting liquid ammonia and ammonia water, and are also suitable for draining or transporting various volatile liquids and petroleum products with similar properties. This pump is a positive displacement vane pump with an advanced structure. The stator surface is composed of composite curves, and mechanical seals are used at both ends. Each fixed mating end face is equipped with an “O”-shaped sealing ring, and the rotating mating parts are made of metal corresponding to non-metal, which has the function of safe and reliable use and multi-purpose.
2. Working Principle
This pump is a positive displacement vane pump, which operates by centrifugal sliding of the blades. The flow rate is related to the shaft speed. The inner surface of the stator is made of a composite curve, and the stator, rotor, baffle, and blades form ten sealed chambers. Due to the composite curve of the stator surface, when the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber gradually increases, and negative pressure is formed to generate suction, thereby sucking in the oil. After the rotor rotates at a certain angle, the volume cross-section gradually decreases, thus hydraulic oil is discharged. There is an oil block between the oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber to separate them. The blades rely on centrifugal force and two baffle structures to tightly adhere to the inner surface of the stator, allowing the pump to operate normally at rated conditions.
