YPB SLIDE PUMP/BLADE PUMP
1. Product Introduction
(1) YPB series plunger pump is a positive displacement pump.
(2) YPB series slide pump is mainly used to transport lubricating oil with medium viscosity of 10~2000mm²/s, and is also suitable for transporting various chemical products with similar properties.
(3) It is used to transport crude oil, chemical, food pulp, and is also suitable for transporting various media with similar properties. The temperature of the medium to be transported is 0°C~200°C, and the pump in this series has a self-priming capacity.
2. Product Advantages
The YPB series self-suction slide pump uses a rotor with blades to drive the liquid. The material is made of ductile iron with self-lubricating leaves. Because of its excellent performance, it can transmit viscous and volatile liquids, which are lower than the same pump power. It has an advantage in the transmission of low speed, fast, low-noise long-term use; the blade structure makes its performance stable and non-fault. The YPB slide pump has the above advantages, and has strong self-absorption ability, long life, small volume, and high efficiency. In the case of transporting gasoline, diesel or similar media, slider pumps have a very large advantage and are alternatives to self-suction centrifugal pumps and copper wheel gear pumps.
3. Field of Application
Tanker, ship refueling, lubricating oil, aviation fuel, petrochemicals, gasoline, diesel, biofuels, solvents, pesticides, etc.
4. Install Use
This pump is widely used for moving or fixing devices. In conjunction with a universal coupling or hydraulic motor, the pump can be mounted on any tanker car, or it can be connected to a motor or diesel engine and used on a metal floor for any large flow tanker or mobile refueling equipment. It is an alternative to the copper wheel gear pump.
