I. Product Overview

The ship shore power box (hereinafter referred to as the shore power box) is a dedicated ship power – supply security device installed at port terminals. This device is applicable to three – phase alternating – current power – supply systems with a working frequency of 50/60Hz and rated working voltages of 380V/415V/440V. It provides standard ship power interfaces for ships, enabling functions such as ship power distribution, data collection, and metering. The material of the shore power box body should adapt to the coastal wet salty atmosphere environment, with the panel thickness not less than 3.0mm cold – rolled steel plate, the box body using cold – rolled steel plate with a thickness not less than 1.5mm, and the surface treatment having a thickness not less than 70μm. The insulation parts should be made of materials with good flame – retardant, moisture – resistant, and heat – resistant performance.

II. Other Functions

1. Instruments, switches, indicators, etc. The handles of switches and disconnectors, as well as the operation parts of indicators, should all have clear markings indicating their operating positions and nominal tightening torques. The automatic circuit – breaker tightening devices should all have over – torque protection and fixed values.
2. The voltage meters on the distribution board, the voltage – measuring coils of the instruments, the grounding indicators, the indicators, as well as their connecting wires should all be protected by fuses.

III. Main Functions

1. Phase – sequence monitoring and switching.
2. Connection between shore power and ship generator.
3. Shore – power voltage and current measurement.
