The main power distribution box can be used for shore – power connection, and for the transfer between the generator power and the electric – control – cabinet power for ship lighting and other electrical loads.

2.2 Power distribution box size: 600×500×280mm.
2.3 Electrical protection grade: IP22.
2.4 Working environment:
– 2.4.1 Ambient temperature: -25°C – 70°C.
– 2.4.2 Ambient humidity: 90%.
– 2.4.3 Voltage fluctuation range: ±6% – ±10%, frequency fluctuation range: 5%.
– 2.4.4 Vibration frequency range: vibration frequency is between 10Hz – 60Hz, vibration amplitude: 0.475 – 0.525mm.

3. Electrical Control Type
3.1 The main power distribution box provides power for ship lighting, etc. Through transfer switches, it can supply power.
4. System Internal Composition
4.1 Main components include: circuit breakers, transfer switches, molded – case circuit breakers, current transformers, meters, voltage transformers, current meters, frequency meters, and terminal blocks.
4.2 The large – scale electrical components of the electrical control box must be installed inside the electrical control box, and there must be reliable connections between the electrical components to facilitate wiring.
5. Transfer Switch Control Function
5.1 Through the transfer switch, select the input source for the adjusted power supply. The indicator light of the electrical control box can show whether it is the main generator or shore – power supply.
