Ship Electric Slewing Variable boom Crane

Top Image

It is a technical drawing of the electric slewing variable – boom crane, showing a side – view of the crane structure. The crane has a boom that can be adjusted in length and angle, a jib at the end, and a hook for lifting loads. The drawing includes some dimensional annotations and angle notations (n – φ), indicating the slewing angle range.

Middle Section: Specification Tables

There are two specification tables providing detailed parameters for the crane under different working conditions.

First Specification Table

Working Load Limit (SWL, t) Working Radius (m) Hoisting Speed (m/min) Slewing Speed (rpm) Slewing Angle (°) Hoisting Power (kW) Slewing Power (kW)
0.5 6 19 0.75 <360 2.2 1.5
1 6 15 0.7 <360 3.7 2.2
1.5 5 15 0.7 <360 5.5 3.7
2 3 10.5 0.7 <360 5.5 5.5

Second Specification Table (Figure Dimension)

SWL (t) L (mm) L1 (mm) D1 (mm) D2 (mm) D3 (mm) n – φ
0.5 3000 1000 620 665 725 18 – φ18
1 3200 1000 750 803 840 24 – φ20
1.5 3500 1000 820 863 940 24 – φ20
2 3500 1000 820 863 940 24 – φ20

Bottom Section: Brief Instructions

  1. The design of this crane complies with the relevant provisions of “Regulations for Lifting Equipment on Ships and Marine Facilities” (1999).
  2. The hoisting speed is based on a three – phase 380V, 50Hz power supply design, and the motor power is designed for single – speed operation.
  3. Our company can redesign according to the technical parameters, special requirements, and related size parameters proposed by the user.
  4. For this product, if there are any changes, we will notify you without prior notice, and the actual dimensions shall prevail.

Note:

  • Working Load Limit (SWL): The maximum load that the crane is designed to lift safely.
  • Working Radius: The horizontal distance from the center of the crane’s slewing axis to the load.
  • Hoisting Speed: The speed at which the crane lifts the load.
  • Slewing Speed: The rotational speed of the crane’s boom.
  • Slewing Angle: The range of angles through which the crane’s boom can rotate.
  • Hoisting Power and Slewing Power: The power required for the hoisting and slewing operations of the crane respectively.
  • In the dimension table, L, L1, D1, D2, D3 are various linear dimensions of the crane structure, and n – φ represents the number and diameter of bolts or similar fasteners.
