Scope of Application

• Suitable for conveying lubricating oils without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, with a temperature not exceeding 150°C, and viscosity ranging from 5×10⁆ to 1500×10⁆ mm²/s. It can also convey various lubricating oils similar to the above-mentioned lubricating oils, and is suitable for hydraulic transmission systems.

Structure

• The 2CY series gear pump is mainly composed of gears, pump casing, gland, bearing, shaft seal, and other components. The gears and shaft are subjected to strict heat treatment, resulting in high hardness and wear resistance, and are fixed on the rotating shaft inside the replaceable bearing sleeve. All pump parts can be automatically lubricated by the conveyed medium during operation.
• Four bearing sleeves are installed in the pump body to float and can automatically adjust with pressure changes, thus maintaining stable pump pressure, minimal outflow pulsation, and large capacity.

Uses

• Can be used as transmission and booster pumps in the transfer oil system.
• Can be used as fuel, pressurizing, and jet fuel pumps in fuel systems.
• Can be used as lubricating oil pumps in all industrial sectors.

Feature

• It is used in hydraulic systems to deliver non-corrosive lubrication oil at temperatures below 150°C or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibers, with a viscosity of 5-1500 cSt.

Application

• In the transfer oil system, it can be used for transmission and as a booster pump.
• In the fuel oil system, it can be used as a transport, pressure, jet fuel pump.
