QZB Ball Rotor Pump
1. Overview
The QZB ball rotor pump is designed and manufactured by absorbing domestic and foreign technology. This pump has a simple structure, and the ball rotor part is an application of the universal joint principle. In the spherical shell, the ball rotor is mounted on the driving shaft, and the liquid entering the ball rotor can be directly discharged into the pipeline for transportation.

3. Structural Characteristics

4. Principle of Work
The QZB ball rotor pump applies the universal joint principle, and the ball rotor transports liquid by changing the angle. There is no rigid contact at the mating surface, so it operates smoothly and quietly. The safety relief valve performs pressure regulation and overflow functions, making it suitable for conveying various liquids in chemical, coating, dye, and pharmaceutical industries.
