How It Works

Waste Loading: Solid waste is loaded via the front door; sludge is preheated and circulated from the integrated tank.

Automated Combustion: PLC system selects operational mode (solid/sludge/dual), initiates pre-purge, ignition, and maintains optimal temperatures via flame detection.

Pollution Control: Flue gas fan and damper regulate negative pressure (5–35 mmWC) to ensure complete combustion and minimize emissions.

Safety Cooling: Post-incineration cooling cycle reduces chamber temperature to <100°C before ash removal is permitted.
