Marine Horizontal Self‑Priming Sludge Discharge Pump CZW Series

1. General

This pump integrates self‑priming and non‑clogging sewage discharge. It adopts axial back‑flow external mixing design. With unique design of pump casing and impeller flow channel, it does not need bottom valve or filling water like ordinary self‑priming clean water pumps. It can pump liquid containing large‑size solid particles and long‑fiber impurities. It is widely used in municipal dredging, pond aquaculture, light industry, paper‑making, textile, food, chemical industry, electric power, fiber, slurry and mixed suspension and other chemical working conditions, it is the ideal impurity pump.

The Series ZX pumps are newly developed self‑priming centrifugal pumps for clean water or chemicals. The pumps have the compact structure, the long life expectancy and the high energy‑efficiency to operate smoothly and reliably. It is just need to check the amount of liquid in the pump for self‑priming before starting pumping. The self‑priming centrifugal pumps are widely used for applications in the chemical, dyestuffs, petroleum, pharmaceutical, brewery, paper and pulp, metallurgical and mining industries and for oil discharge of oil carrying ships, as well as for water supply and sewage drainage of municipal, industrial and emergency services.
