Product Information

  • Material: Aramid

  • Decomposition Temperature: 500°C
  • Elongation at Break: 3 – 5%
  • Abrasion Resistance: Normal
  • UV Resistance: Weak
  • Chemical Resistance: Excellent

Aramid ropes have high strength, high modulus, and high – temperature resistance. Under the same diameter, their strength and modulus are 5 – 6 times and 2 – 3 times stronger than steel wire, respectively. Aramid ropes have good insulation and corrosion resistance.

Application: Emergency towing, mooring line.
