1. Product Introduction

Spiral centrifugal pump can transport high-concentration slurry and materials containing large particles and long fibers. Its open (or semi-open) impeller has a spiral shape. The volute casing is of the involute type. The pump body extends axially to form a spiral flow channel. The pump body consists of two parts: the suction chamber and the volute chamber. The impeller in the suction pipe section produces a spiral propulsion effect like a screw pump, while the impeller in the volute section produces a centrifugal effect like a typical centrifugal pump. The sharp-angled part of the blade inlet guides debris towards the vicinity of the axis and then uses the spiral effect to push it along the axial direction. This is a pump with a combination structure of a volumetric pump and a centrifugal pump, called a spiral centrifugal pump.
