LCW Type Lobe Pump
Directions for Use:
LCW high viscosity lobe pump has two driving styles, one is belt drive, the other is gear reducing drive. It has advantages of low rotation speed, high efficiency, small volume, big flow, low consumed power, strong self-priming ability, easy to operate and no oil drawing. It is widely used in delivering oil and oil products (when delivering gasoline, the copper leaf plates are needed) and transport various oil and liquid in plant, such as crude oil, paint, lubricant, glass cement, oil-based adhesive, toothpaste and dilute alkali liquid (soap processing), etc. In food processing fields, delivering different liquid, such as bean sauce, bass, thin milk sugar etc. When load and unload the various tank truck and oiler, it could run forward and backward. It has characteristics of high speed, high efficiency and easy to operate.
LCW high viscosity lobe pump is modified and made on the basis of LC type pump for delivering bitumen and cold oil. The insulating layer is added on the outside of pump crust or end cover. It keeps the heat of work room of pump by using the steam or the heat-conducting oil circulation, so it could provide convenience and good conditions for the continuous work and intermittent work of pump.
Our company’s LCW high-viscosity lobe pumps, with belt transmission and gear reduction drive forms, are available in two forms: low-speed, high-efficiency, small-volume, large-flow, low-power-consumption, and strong self-priming types. They are particularly suitable for transporting various oils and liquids in plants, such as crude oil, paint, lubricants, glass cement, oil-based adhesives, toothpaste, and dilute alkali liquids (soap processing), etc. Additionally, they can be used for loading and unloading various tank trucks and oilers, as well as for conveying different liquids in the food industry, such as soy sauce, milk, thin sugar solutions, etc. These pumps can run forward and backward and feature high speed, high efficiency, and ease of operation. They can also be equipped with heating jackets for applications requiring temperature control, such as conveying asphalt or other heat-sensitive materials, providing convenient and favorable conditions for continuous or intermittent pump operation.
