1. Product Performance

2. Working Principle
There is an eccentric block in the pump cavity. When the flexible blade leaves the eccentric block, the volume between the blades continuously increases, creating a vacuum that continuously sucks the liquid into the pump cavity. When the flexible blade rotates to the eccentric block again, the volume between the blades decreases, and the liquid is continuously pushed out from the pump cavity to the discharge outlet. The suction and discharge processes are completed in this way. As the core technology of the flexible pump, the flexible blade has good elasticity, small deformation, and can withstand long-term high-speed operation without breaking or cracking. “Ten years of磨耗 (wear)” – the blade’s wear resistance determines the pump’s performance and durability. The flexible blade is mainly made of two types of rubber: nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber, which are mainly used for plant oils, mineral oils, oil fractions, and media with higher requirements. EPDM rubber is mainly used for weak acid, alkali, salt, and污水 (wastewater) environments.
3. Product Characteristics

- The flexible rotor operates without metal contact: No spark is generated, making it suitable for flammable and explosive environments such as oil tanks and chemical solvent transportation.
