Advanced Treatment Process
Stage 1: Gravity & Coalescing Separation
Bilge water enters the first-stage separator where vacuum pressure prevents emulsion formation. Hydrophilic cone plates facilitate oil coalescence, allowing free oil to rise through gravity separation.
Stage 2: Depth Filtration
Pre-treated water passes through specialized fiber filters that capture remaining oil particles and fine impurities through advanced adsorption technology.
Stage 3: Membrane Permeation
The integrated 15ppm oil content monitor continuously analyzes water quality. If oil levels exceed limits, water is automatically diverted to the third-stage membrane system for final purification. Non-compliant water is recirculated to the bilge tank via automated pneumatic valves.
