G Series Marine Single Screw Pump
The G series marine single-screw pump is an internally meshing, hermetically sealed screw pump, classified as a rotary positive displacement pump. Its key features include excellent adaptability to various media, smooth flow, minimal pressure pulsation, and strong self-priming capability. The main working components are the rotating screw (rotor) and the stationary sleeve (stator). Due to the unique geometric shapes of these two components, multiple independent sealed chambers are formed. The medium is uniformly pushed forward along the axis, maintaining a constant volume, resulting in stable pressure without vortex formation or turbulence. This pump is capable of handling high-viscosity fluids, as well as fluids containing hard suspended particles and short fibers, making it an indispensable alternative to general-purpose pumps.
