CNF Series Marine Heating Fan
General
When ship anchoring, ambient temperature is near zero, CNF series marine heating fan can be essential for the need of main & auxiliary engine start and spare parts ready. It is also suitable for cabin ventilation, heating, and air conditioning.
1. CNF(Z) Series Steam Heating Fan
CNF(Z) series steam heating fans are mainly composed by cooling coil, impeller, inlet ring and motor etc. The contact area of fin cooling coil pipe and stainless steel pipe is expanded to intensify heat transfer, both were braised together with special technics. The casing is used to hold the steam heating coil cooling coil pipe and motor, etc. Steam heating fan pipes are made of steel tube wrapped with stainless steel strip. And steam pipes are made of stainless steel. The heating medium is 0.3~0.5MPa saturated steam, low pressure steam of boiler, and the working environment temperature is ~25℃～+55℃.
2. CNF(R) Series Hot Water Heating Fan
CNF(R) series Hot Water heating fan mainly composed by cooling coil, impeller, inlet ring and motor etc. Heating fan pipes are made of steel tube wrapped with stainless steel strip, and steel pipe are made by the special technics, they are braised together with Ag-Cu. And both ends steel pipe form. A copper fitting with stainless steel pipe. The heating medium is 0.1~0.8MPa hot water, hot water pipe will be of copper for anti-corrosion. The working ambient temperature is ~25℃～+55℃.
3. CNF(D) Series Electric Heating Fan
CNF(D) series Electric heating fan consists of electric heater, impeller, motor, case, electrical control box, etc. The electric heating pipes are stainless steel and wrapped with stainless steel tape, impeller is LF3 Aluminium cast, cooling system air cooled and will connected with stainless steel copper electric heating pipe electrical steel and short stainless steel plate heating using.
4. CNF(Y) Series Hot Oil Heating Fan
CNF(Y) series Hot Oil heating fans are mainly composed by cooling coil, impeller, inlet ring and motor etc. Air exchange pipe made of steel pipe and wrapped with stainless steel strip, steel pipe are made by the special technics, they are braised together with Ag-Cu. The heating medium is 0.1~0.8MPa hot oil, etc. heat transfer area is enlarged, the efficiency improvement is optimized and the heating is effectively used. The heating is 0.1~0.8MPa hot steam, etc. The heat transfer area is enlarged, the efficiency improvement is optimized and heating is effectively used. And also use a high degree of waste heat emission.
5. CDR Series Electric Heater
Manufacture of common steel structure, stainless steel form, surface can be used to eliminated the corrosion and electric heating device for all equipment, as well as to manufacture the special types for purpose, electricity controlling protection class IP44 or IP55 and impact of sea water are well fulfilled.
