The pneumatic rubber fenders are mainly used for transfer operations and berthing operation of all kinds of ships, submarines, docks and offshore platforms. Now we have two types: Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fender and Hydro-Pneumatic Rubber Fender.

2.1 Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fender / 漂浮式充气橡胶护舷 (50K Pa/80K Pa)

The floating pneumatic rubber fender is a world – leading anti – collision product. In compliance with ISO17357 – 1:2014(E), it is made of synthetic – tire – cord layers, with compressed air inside, can float on the water surface as a protection medium. Pneumatic rubber fender can absorb lots of energy and reduce the impact on the surface of the ship. Pneumatic rubber fender is available in three colors: black (common), gray and red.

The pneumatic rubber fender is made of a high – strength rubber fabric with a nylon cord as the skeleton material, filled with compressed air inside. The pneumatic rubber fender is currently available in three colors: black (common), gray, and red.

2.2 Hydro – Pneumatic Rubber Fender / 半潜护舷

The hydro – pneumatic fender is a special version of the pneumatic fender developed for submarines. Hydro – pneumatic fenders are partially filled with water and air and equipped with a counterweight in order to keep them in a vertical position. This ensures that the submerged hull is properly protected by the fender at all times.

Hydro – pneumatic rubber fender is a special type of pneumatic rubber fender. The fender is partially filled with water and air, and the bottom is weighted to keep the fender in a vertical direction. Most of the fender body is submerged in water, ensuring that the part of the ship’s hull in contact with water can be protected, suitable for berthing at points below the waterline of the ship.
