China Foam Filled Fender

China Foam filled fender is tough, heavy-duty, and unsinkable floating fender systems used for harbor, offshore, and ship-to-ship operations. Netted foam fenders are designed with chain and tire nets, while netless foam fenders lack net protection.

Features and Advantages

Unsinkable Foam Core: Made of 100% closed-cell foam, ensuring it remains unsinkable even if the outer skin is punctured and does not absorb water.
High Energy Absorption, Low Reaction Force: Features a variety of high-density foam cores, offering higher performance compared to pneumatic fenders and other rubber fender systems.
Strong and Tough Skin: The polyurethane elastomer is sprayed onto the skin and reinforced with nylon filaments at optimal angles.
Vulcanized Rubber Skin: The rubber skin is vulcanized and reinforced with nylon to provide better abrasion resistance.
