CDL, CDL(F) Vertical Multistage Pump
I. Product Overview
The CDL(F) vertical multistage centrifugal pump is produced by our company using advanced domestic and foreign technologies and optimized through excellent hydraulic models. The flow – passage parts are generally made of 304 stainless steel material. When customers have special requirements such as corrosion – resistance, 316 or surface – fluorinated materials can be used. All pressure – containing parts and welding parts have a tolerance requirement of IT14. The flow channel is smooth and unobstructed, the pump runs smoothly with low noise, has reliable performance, a large and elegant appearance, is compact in size, and easy to install. It is an ideal product for municipal water supply, and is also green, environmentally friendly, and energy – saving, suitable for applications in fields such as human defense, boilers, medicine, sanitation, and domestic water.
II. Application Scope
The ordinary type (CDL) pump is applicable for pressure boosting in municipal water supply, domestic water supply, industrial and mining enterprises, hot water supply, softened water circulation, and pressure boosting. The stainless – steel type (CDLF) is suitable for transporting alkaline, saline, mineral – containing, and seawater with dissolved salts, as well as chemical liquids containing sulfur, phosphorus, etc. It is widely used in long – distance transportation, ships, warships, and other transportation equipment.
III. Product Model Meaning
For example, 25 CDL (F) 2 – 7.5 X type:
- “25” represents the pump inlet/outlet diameter (mm).
- “CDL” indicates the ordinary type of vertical multistage pump; “CDLF” indicates the stainless – steel type of vertical multistage pump.
- “2” represents the number of stages.
- “7.5” represents the rated flow rate (m³/h).
- “X” indicates that the flow – passage parts are made of corrosion – resistant materials (not marked for ordinary types). It is a vertical multistage pump with a flush – type structure, and also indicates the pump inlet/outlet caliber.
